个人简介:

中共党员,工学博士/教授/硕导,毕业于上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院。苏州市焊接学会会员,中国汽车工程学会会员,全国大学生金相技能大赛竞赛委员会委员,入选苏州市紧缺人才计划和江苏省科技副总,苏州大学高级访问学者,常熟理工学院优秀共产党员。

教学和学科竞赛:

主讲《材料科学基础》、《金属学与热处理》和《机械设计基础》等课程。指导和主持完成多项省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目以及校级教学改革研究项目。指导学生完成本科毕业设计获得江苏省优秀本科毕业论文及常熟理工学院优秀毕业论文近10项。指导学生参与各类排行榜大学生学科竞赛,累计获得团体与个人荣誉60余项(国赛一等奖10项)。

研究方向:

近年来从事先进材料连接与增材制造领域的教学与科研工作,主要研究方向涵盖高能束增材制造及表面工程、轻合金材料开发、绿色低熔点钎料研发、纳米涂层材料制备等。

已主持完成或参与完成国家自然科学基金、江苏省产学研合作项目、江苏省高校自然科学基金重大项目等科研项目10余项;获江苏省级科技进步奖(参与)、苏州市科技进步奖、苏州市自然科学优秀学术论文等荣誉共计8项。已发表SCI/EI收录的高质量学术论文近40篇,其中SCI一区论文3篇,SCI二区论文8篇,并指导研究生发表SCI论文近50篇,合作撰写专著及教材4部(含专著1部)。联合指导培养研究生3名,协助培养研究生20余名。指导本科生第一作者发表论文3篇。
